The TeamVIewer ID is vital for us to carry out work remotely and efficiently.

If the TeamViewer ID of your machine is not showing in the information in the top right-hand section of your desktop, the quickest way for you to find whether TeamViewer is installed - and subsequently find the ID - is to look in the notification area of the screen (bottom right):

First click the upward arrow and then hover over the TeamVIewer icon (if there). This will show the TeamViewer ID for your machine (see below).
