OneDrive Reset
the best solution is go in to school, login then restart your computer and login again, this should reset OneDrive and sign you in or prompt you to sign in to OneDrive again.
If you are not able to go in to school then follow the below.
- Click on the OneDrive Icon, then the cog, settings and select the account tab. Click to unlink account.
- You will be prompted to sign in, try this but it will possibly fail, the biggest sign is that it shows the school on the login background rather than the JMAT one.
- If this gives the wrong login page as expected, close this window and then load OneDrive from the Start Menu
- When prompted to login enter the correct email address and follow the wizard ensure you untick 'allow my organisation to manage my device' and clicking to sign in to all apps.
- When prompted disable the backup folders to PC option
- After being added you can now see that OneDrive shows with the suffix James Montgomery Academy Trust, ensure you save to this and not the one with the school name if still showing.
- You can now follow the guidance to sync the cloud staff shares.
If doing this at home, ensure you save files to OneDrive and not the 'Desktop' until you go into school files on the Desktop will not automatically sync to OneDrive
